1. Acceptance
By using CollabLocal, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. CollabLocal reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Businesses
Businesses must post legitimate collaboration opportunities. Misleading, fraudulent, or inappropriate listings will be removed and the account may be suspended.
4. Creators
Creators must represent their social media stats honestly. Misrepresenting follower counts or engagement is grounds for account termination.
5. Payments
In Phase 1, payments are handled directly between businesses and creators. CollabLocal is not a party to payment transactions and is not responsible for payment disputes.
6. Content
You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant CollabLocal a limited license to display it on the platform.
7. Liability
CollabLocal provides the platform as-is. We are not liable for outcomes of collaborations between users.
